Big news: I'm going to art school!!!!! I'm gonna be at the Maryland Institute College of Art and majoring in Illustration and concentrating in Animation!
It's incredibly exciting and incredibly scary! After YEARS of research, I finally settled on MICA as my top school of choice. So many of my favorite illustrators graduated from MICA, and now I get to go there....!!!!! It's also quite scary because I've lived in one place essentially my entire life and I'm not a city kid by any means (not to mention Baltimore's not-so-wholesome reputation), but I intend to make the most of it!
